GAME IDEAS OR PROPOSALS
Please do not send us your game ideas. We have a whole bunch of ideas of our own – more than enough to keep us busy for an eternity. There are also legal reasons why we cannot accept unsolicited game ideas, so please do not send them.
YOUTUBE VIDEOS & STREAMING
We are fine with YouTube monetization using recorded video material from our games as long as the video is somehow related to the game(s) in question (e.g. review, preview, a Let’s Play, or something similar).
Streaming of our released games is also allowed (including Twitch and other services).
Using music from our games in connection with videos or streams related to our games is also allowed. However, using our games’ music separately on videos or streams not related to our games is not allowed, unless specific permission is requested (e.g. we need to see the video first or approve the stream concept beforehand).

STARBASE EARLY ACCESS SUPPORT
If you’ve run into issues with Starbase Early Access, check out the support documents below.

F1 Feedback Tool – Send all game feedback and bug reports via the Feedback Tool, which you can access by pressing F1 at any time ingame. We cannot answer each report individually, but we do read every bug report and piece of feedback sent to us.
#help-request-ingame on Starbase Discord – For ingame support issues on the official Starbase Discord. You can use this channel to request ingame help, including refunds for possessions lost due to bugs, or ship vouchers to replace a lost ship. You can join the Starbase Discord here.
If the game is crashing, doesn’t launch, or some other issue prevents you from using the Feedback Tool, please contact our support via e-mail. Remember to provide as much information as possible, such as your system specifications, possible error messages, and screenshots of the issue. We try answer all inquiries within 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
