As many of you may have noticed, Trine 2 has tons of 3D assets spread out in the levels, some are small and others large, but mostly they are very high in detail even if you can’t always notice it.

This scarecrow for example can’t really be seen that well, due to all that sun light shining, but if you play on really high resolution and squint then you can see that he is made up of lots of small details.

It’s things like these that are the backbone of Trine 2’s art direction, making stuff look good even if just for one second in the background. 😉
