Hi,
I had a multiplayer game going with my friend, one day she logged in and all her character was back to level 1 and her unlocks were all gone. A few days later, the same thing just happened to me. Pretty annoying to invest 20 bucks in something, get all the way to the end of the game after having unlocked a bunch of new stuff, and then have all you saved erased. I wish I had not bought this game.
